Obadiah Tress
"The sense of community is really my favorite part. It's really easy to go over next door and get some sugar. Sure not- physically cuz ygotta rope your boats together and kinda shimmy it and hope y'don't fall in cuz that'll land you so many diseases they could make a medical dictionary outta your obituary. Emotionally easy though, everyone's just trying to survive out here best they can and they wanna see everyone else succeed."
"I only nearly got my arm ate by a thrasher five times in the last three months. Much safer than some of the flats in industrial right now! I also think that my immune system is much stronger for drinking the ocean water."

"The rocking of the water really helps me go to sleep at night. And the knowledge that I'm far far away from any would-be-hero trying to stop a bank robber with nuclear armaments' because "escalation" isn't a word in their teenage minds yet. Both help :)"
