Tallarico-chi® is an improved form of chi, created when Tommy Tallarico© met with the 45th copy of the first Dalei Lama and then improved upon his techniques. Many things were incorrect about older teachings and studies of chi from back in the day, which have now been proven wrong.
The main among these is the belief that chi flows throughout the entire body, and can be localized upon multiple places with proper focus and practice. This is a highly incorrect assumption. Much like how the heart pumps blood throughout the circulatory system, there must be one main source for the storage of chi, which one can draw upon and use to punch.
This storage area is the balls. Testicles are potent and store many vital liquids and fluids and also help in the creation and furthering of the species. Without balls, we would all be dead. So it makes sense that this vital energy that flows throughout beings would start from where all people start from, the testicles.
Because of this, women cannot hold and use chi as well as men can. Women are small and fragile and won't talk to Tommy Tallarico© at bars because of how cool Tommy Tallarico© is. They are wifely wall flowers, and have little chi. Any chi they do have is stored into their uterus to be ready for their main purpose in conceiving children. This chi is then gifted to their male children whom will continue on their Tallarico© family name.
Accessing this chi is normally thought to be a balance of meditation and emotional balance. Old wizened Chi masters would make you think that it takes difficulty and training to be able to access one's Chi and move it around at all. However this is relatively elitist and wrong, and they're gatekeeping some very easy tricks to access your Chi fast and early, so they can keep all the Chi to themselves!
Many of the strategies are outlined within "Chi Is Stored In The Balls"™, however Tommy Tallarico© believes that one such technique should be shared. This is so easy that anyone should be able to do it at home.
First one should do some stretches. This will take a lot of exercise, and it is important to be loose and limber before accessing your Tallarico-chi®. Especially make sure to stretch your legs, groinal area, hips, and spine. You will know you're ready when it feels nice and warm within your hip region. Second, you get a chair, or some other high-up object. The higher, the better. The goal here is to have the greatest distance between yourself and the ground. Some prefer metal folding chairs, others prefer the roofs of one-story buildings. One Tallarico-Champion wrote that they were going to try off a 20-story building for greater height! Results may vary from this technique. Thirdly, you should get a wooden 2x4. These can be purchased from Lowe's, or a branded one can be bought off of our merch store! You want to point it vertically, so that the width is not the widest part. This can be accomplished by tipping it on its side, or depending on your height, standing it on one end. Lastly, you must climb on your chair or roof.
This technique requires great finesse and dexterity. It's okay if you don't get it on your first try, Tommy Tallarico© took ten tries before he was able to land successfully. You must jump off of your high object, and land testicles first upon your wooden board. The intense hit should release all of your chi at once into your system in a woosh. It needs to be both balls at once though for all the chi to release. If you only hit one, you should try again so you can release your full chi-power! Skill may vary in this task, if your board is laying on the ground, you may have to hit and do the splits to get the full effect.
